Leadership
Meet Randall Castor
Randall Castor founded Big Prairie Homes in 2020 after years of hands-on experience running construction projects in northwest Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, gained production-building experience with Rausch Coleman Homes, and spent nearly nine years as a construction superintendent with RandyMan Services, overseeing jobsites, schedules and trade crews. That background in both the planning and the field is what he brings to every Big Prairie Homes project.
